Dr. Vallespinós ha estat investigador de l’Institut de Ciències de la Mar de l’CSIC, i professor a les universitats de Barcelona, Illes Balears i Politècnica de Catalunya, així com a coordinador de Medi Ambient de la Diputació de Barcelona, navegant i escriptor. En aquesta conferència es centrarà en les especificitats que ens trobem en les avaluacions d’impacte ambiental de parcs eòlics, especialment marins. La gran quantitat de macro projectes d’energies renovables plantejats a Espanya recentment és la resposta impulsiva, no planificada al repte d’impulsar la transició energètica de la nostra societat. No tots es faran. Aquells que aconsegueixin encaixar el desenvolupament local i territorial amb el momentum de la transició energètica són els que previsiblement, finalment, s’impulsin.
